| 目的 观察中药加味芍药甘草汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法 采用化学致癌物N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)建立CAG大鼠模型,以三九胃泰为对照组,加味芍药甘草汤治疗 90 d 后观察胃黏膜炎症情况,检测大鼠胃黏膜血流量(GMBF)、胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽(GSH- Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 加味芍药甘草汤高、中剂量组大鼠胃黏膜组织学接近正常组。与模型组相比,加味芍药甘草汤各剂量组大鼠胃黏膜 SOD、GSH- Px显著升高,MDA显著降低,GMBF 显著增高。结论 加味芍药甘草汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠胃黏膜有一定保护作用,能改善和逆转实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜萎缩。其机制可能与其增加胃黏膜血流量、增强胃黏膜屏障功能、抗自由基损伤等有关。 |

| Objective To study the function of Modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction on treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG) model rats and investigate its mechanism.Methods CAG rat models were established by means of N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG),and the effect of Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on the gastric mucosa infIammation and gastric atrophy level, the gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF), the change of glutathione( GSH-Px),superoxide dismutas(SOD)and malonyl dialdehyd(MDA)contents were observed and compared with that of Sanjiu Weitai particles. Results There is no significant difference of gastric mucosal histology features between high-dosage,medium-dosage groups of the Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction with the normal control group.Compared to model group.Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction has made a significant increase of SOD ,GSH-Px in the CAG rats,and can make the levels of MDA decrease significantly, and can make a significant increase of GMBF(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction has good curative effect to chronic atrophic gastritic model rats,and it can also improve and reverse the gastric atrophy of experimental atrophic gastritis of rats. Its mechanism maybe related to improving blood circulation of gastric mucosa,strengthening gastric mucosal protective screen and resisting the free radical impairment and so on. |
