| D打印技术是一种进行实物模型快速制作的新兴技术,是一种基于数字模型数据,运用黏合材料逐层打印的方法制造出实物模型的技术,越来越为人们所关注,同时受到广泛医学学者的青睐,3D打印技术在医学中主要应用于脊柱外科、关节外科、口腔外科和整形外科等领域。该文综述了骨科临床中常用的3D打印技术应用原理,及其在骨科的手术辅助技术、骨科材料的制作、具有生物活性的骨组织代替模型等领域的应用进展,分析了其优点和不足,并对3D打印技术应用前景进行了展望。 |

| D printing is a rapidly emerging technology that may be used to fabricate physical model, it is a technology of using the adhesive materials to print and create physical model step by step, which was based on digital data. It has received extensive attention by more and more people, and has got the favor of medical scholars. 3D printing has been widely used in a wide range of medical specialties including spine surgery, joint surgery, oral surgery and plastic surgery. In this review, various kinds of 3D printing technologies in orthopedics were summarized, the 3D printing auxiliary in orthopaedic surgery, orthopedics materials and bone substitute is of great significance in the areas of application. At the same time, we also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages, and made a prediction focusing on the 3D printing technologies. |
