| 目的 了解中山市小榄镇成人高血压病的知晓率、控制率、治疗率和高血压病意外事件发生率,探讨高血压病意外事件发生的危险因素。方法 对中山市小榄镇18岁以上长住居民进行高血压流行情况进行普查,包括体格检查及问卷调查,采用SPSS21.0 统计软件进行数据分析。结果 787例高血压患者中总的高血压知晓率为63.28%,高血压治疗率52.22%,高血压控制率45.2%,意外事件发生率6.48%。随着年龄的增加,高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率呈现上升趋势,但是其意外事件发生率也呈现上升趋势,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。高龄、高脂血症、未定时监测血压、服药依从性差、血压控制不良为高血压病意外事件发生率的危险因素。结论 中山市小榄镇高血压的三率尚待提高,且高血压病意外事件发生率较高,应该加强高血压患者的筛查及健康宣传工作,减少高血压意外事件的发生。 |

| Objective To study the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate and unexpected event of hypertension in adult citizens in Xiaolan Zhongshan, , and explore the dangerous factors of unexpected event of hypertension. Methods Census was carried out on inhabitants over 18-years-old in Xiaolan township to check the hypertension prevalence using physical examination and questionnaire survey, and then the survey data were analyzed with SPSS21.0 statistical software. Results The total hypertension awareness rate, therapy rate, and control rate were 63.28%, 52.22% and 45.2%, respectively, among 787 hypertensive patients , whose incidence of unexpected event was 6.48%. With the increase of age, the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension are increasing, but the incidence of unexpected events is also increasing, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Age, hyperlipidemia, poor blood pressure monitoring, poor medication compliance and poor blood pressure control were the risk factors for the incidence of unexpected events.Conclusions The three rates of hypertension in Xiaolan township are yet to be improved. Because the incidence of unexpected event is relatively high, we should strengthen the screening and health promotion work to reduce the occurrence of hypertension unexpected event. |
