      目的 建立同时测定伤湿丸中新北美圣草苷、柚皮苷、乌索酸和鸡矢藤苷甲酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用kromasil C18柱色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈(A)—0.4%冰醋酸溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;柱温25℃;流速为0.9 mL·min-1;进样量为20 μL;新北美圣草苷和柚皮苷检测波长为λ1 = 283 nm,乌索酸和鸡矢藤苷甲酯检测波长为λ2 = 345 nm。结果 新北美圣草苷、柚皮苷、乌索酸和鸡矢藤苷甲酯,在给定浓度范围内线性范围分别为4.72~94.40 mg·L-1(r=0.999 4)、5.11~102.20 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7)、7.14~142.80 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8)、5.15~103.00 mg·L-1(r=0.999 2),线性关系良好;平均加样回收率(n=6)和RSD值分别为99.19%(0.93%)、97.90%(1.02%)、99.31%(0.70%)、96.92%(1.45%)。结论 该文建立的HPLC方法可同时测定伤湿丸中新北美圣草苷、柚皮苷、乌索酸和鸡矢藤苷甲酯含量。方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,为评价伤湿丸质量控制提供可靠方法。

      Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of neoeriocitrin,naringin,ursolic acid and feretoside in Shangshi Wan.Methods A stable HPLC method was established and the chromatography was accomplished on a kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-0.4% glacial acetic acid solution(B).The column temperature was set at 25℃,and the flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1.All the injection volume was 20 μL.Neoeriocitrin and naringin were detected at 283 nm,while ursolic and feretoside at 345 nm.Results Neoeriocitrin,naringin,ursolic acid and feretoside showed linearity in the given concentration range at 4.72~94.40 mg·L-1(r=0.9994),5.11~102.20 mg·L-1(r=0.9997),7.14~142.80 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),and 5.15~103.00 mg·L-1(r=0.999 2),respectively.The average recoveries (n= 6) and RSD were 99.19%(0.93%),97.90%(1.02%),99.31%(0.70%),96.92%(1.45%),respectively. Conclusions This HPLC method could simultaneously determine the concentrations of neoeriocitrin,naringin,ursolic acid and feretoside in Shangshi Wan and can be used to evaluate the quality of Shangshi Wan.The method is simple,accurate,reliable and sensitive.It could be used as an efficient strategy for systematic quality evaluation of Shangshi Wan.
