      目的 应用In Room CT与电子射野影像系统(EPID)技术测量分析头颈部肿瘤图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)的摆位误差,并评价In Room CT在放疗中摆位修正的应用价值。 方法 选取施行IGRT的头颈部肿瘤患者20例,每周1次于放疗前行EPID摄片后,行In Room CT扫描, 将EPID图像与DRR、In Room CT图像与计划CT图像配准得出摆位误差值。以In Room CT的误差值进行修正后放疗,放疗后再行EPID片的拍摄并与 DRR配准。计算三组数据的均值、标准差,进行统计学处理。结果 放疗前EPID组与In Room CT组在X,Y轴方向配准结果较为相近(P>0.05),Z轴方向( P<0.05);通过修正前后EPID配准比较,应用In Room CT修正,缩小了放疗摆位误差,Y、Z轴方向具有统计学意义(P<0.05) 。结论 In Room CT与EPID图像都能很好地验证放疗靶区位置。In Room CT图像可以分析三维方向的影像误差,降低了EPID图像因影像重叠对摆位误差所产生在影响。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the set-up errors of In Room CT and EPID in IGRT for head and neck neoplasms,and evaluate the application value of In Room CT for position correction.Methods 20 patients with head and neck neoplasms were selected in the study.First,EPID images and In Room CT images were acquired respectively once a week before these patients received radiotherapy.Second,through aligning EPID with the DRR and matching In Room CT images with planned CT images,we acquired the set-up errors in x,y,z axises.Third,these patients'radiotherapy was conducted after correcting the errors of the In Room CT.Then we took the EPID images and matched it with the DRR.Finally,we calculated means,standard deviations of three groups of data,and carried on the statistical processing.Results The registration results between registration group of EPID and of In Room CT before radiotherapy in the X,Y direction are similar (P>0.05),the Zaxis (P<0.05);By comparing before and after the correction of EPID registration,the application of In Room CT correction reduced up-set errors.There were statistical significance in Y,Z axises (P<0.05).Conclusion Both EPID imagesandIn Room CT images can verify the radiation field well.3D image errors can be analyzed with In Room CT images,which can reduce the influence of set-up errors caused by image overlapping of EPID images.
