      目的 优化超高压提取女贞子总三萜的工艺条件,并且同回流提取和超声提取方法进行比较。方法 以女贞子为原料, 总三萜得率为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验,从粉碎度、超高压压力、时间、固液比(g∶mL)四个方面对提取的工艺条件进行优化。结果 最佳工艺条件为:粉碎度60目、压力400 MPa、 提取4 min、 固液比1∶15。在最佳的条件下,总三萜的得率为6.08%,回流提取和超声提取的得率分别为5.82%和5.68%。结论 超高压提取方法较回流提取和超声提取的得率高,且提取时间短,是女贞子总三萜提取的适宜方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize extraction conditions of total triterpenes by ultra high pressure from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and comparing with reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction method . Methods Using Fructus Ligustri Lucidi as material and yields of total triterpenes as indexes, extraction conditions such as grinding degree, pressure, time, and the ratio of solid to liquid were optimized by signal factors test and orthogonal test.Conclusions Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:grinding degree 60 mesh, pressure 400 MPa, time 4 min and stock ratio 1∶15 (g∶mL). Under optimum extraction conditions, the yield of total triterpenes was 6.08%.The yield of reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction were 5.82% and 5.68%, respectively. Conclusions Ultra high pressure extraction method has higher yield than the yield of reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction method, and has shorter time than reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction method. So, Ultra high pressure extraction method was a suitable method for total triterpenes extraction from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.
