| 目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定丹参酮ⅡA与隐丹参酮的检验方法,以评价克痤隐酮凝胶中丹参酮粉的含量。方法 采用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱；流动相:甲醇—水(85∶15)；流速:1.0 mL·min-1；检测波长:254 nm。结果 丹参酮ⅡA在5.04～100.80 mg·L-1的浓度范围内,峰面积A与浓度C呈良好的线性关系r=1.00,回收率为98.37%,RSD=0.45%(n=6)；隐丹参酮在浓度5.04～100.87 mg·L-1的范围内,峰面积 A与浓度C呈良好的线性关系r=1.00,回收率为98.43%,RSD=0.41%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于克痤隐酮凝胶中丹参酮粉含量测定。 |

| Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA and cryptotanshinone,thereby evaluating tanshinone powder in Kecuoyintong gel .Methods HPLC conditions:C18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm); mobile phase:methanol-water (85∶15); flow rate:1.0 mL·min-1; wavelength:254 nm. Results For tanshinone ⅡA,in the concentration range of 5.04～100.80 mg·L-1, the concentration Cand peak area Ashowed a good linearity relationship(r=1.00),and the recovery rate was 98.7% (RSD=0.45%,n=6).For cryptotanshinone,in the concentration range of 5.04～100.87 mg·L-1,the concentration Cand peak area Ashowed a good linearity relationship(r=1.00),and the recovery rate was 98.43% (RSD=0.41%, n=6).Conclusions This method is sensitive,accurate and rapid,which can be used for quality control of content determination of tanshinone ⅡA and cryptotanshinone in Kecuoyintong gel. |
