| 目的 建立一种鉴别复方甲亢片中甲巯咪唑的新方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法,将供试品用浓氨试液润湿,用乙酸乙酯提取,经硅胶GF254薄层层析,在紫外光灯254 nm下观察以及用稀碘化铋钾试液显色,与甲巯咪唑对照品色谱对照。结果 复方甲亢片色谱中甲巯咪唑斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。结论 该方法可用于对中西药复方制剂复方甲亢片中西药成分甲巯咪唑进行鉴别,从而替代原质量标准中的试管化学反应鉴别法。 |

| Objective To establish a new method for identification of thiamazole in fufang jiakang tablets.Methods Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was used.Wetting the sample with ammonia solution,then extracted with ethyl acetate,developed on TLC silica gel GF254 plate,examined under ultraviolet light at 254 nm,sprayed with dilute potassium iodobismuthate solution,and compared with the chromatography of thiamazole standard.Results The spot of thiamazole in fufang jiakang tablets on TLC was clear and the negative test showed no interference.Conclusions The method can be used to identify thiamazole in the Chinese-Western combination preparation of fufang jiakang tablets,thereby substituting the chemical reaction identification test in current drug quality standard. |
