      目的 评价胃网膜右动脉(right gastroepiploic artery,RGEA)在冠脉旁路移植术中可行性。方法 选取实验用猪80例,随机分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例),两组均行心脏不停跳搭桥术,实验组采用乳内动脉-前降支、RGEA-后降支的方式搭桥,对照组采用乳内动脉-前降支、大隐静脉-后降支的方式搭桥。记录并比较两组手术时间、术中出血量,桥血管流量和搏动指数、术后24 h内心包纵隔引流管引流量和术后总机械通气时间。结果 实验组的手术时间和术后总机械通气时间较对照组增加(P<0.01),实验组与对照组的术中出血量,桥血管流量和搏动指数、术后24 h内心包纵隔引流管引流量与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胃网膜右动脉是可供选择的动脉移植物之一,在冠脉外科有良好的可行性和应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the practicability of right gastroepiploic artery (RGEA) used in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods Eighty experimental pigs were assigned into experimental group (n=40) and control group (n=40).Pigs in experimental group received CABG using REGA and LIMA while great saphenous vein and LIMA were used in the control group.The operation duration,amount of bleeding,graft flow,pulsatility index,pericardial and mediastinal drainage during 24h post operation,duration of mechanical ventilation post operation were recorded and compared.Results Operation duration and duration of mechanical ventilation post operation in experimental group were longer than those in control group (P<0.01),while amount of bleeding,graft flow,pulsatility index,pericardial and mediastinal drainage during 24h post operation were similar between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions RGEA is an alternative graft,which has good practicability and application prospect in coronary artery surgery.
