| 目的 探讨新型防痰液喷溅器在老年脑卒中气管切开未应用呼吸机患者中的疗效。方法 脑卒中住院患者67例分为防喷溅组和对照组,防喷溅组34例,对照组33例,两组均按气管切开术后护理常规,在吸氧情况下,对照组采用病房常用的自制防尘、湿化罩,防喷溅组应用防痰液喷溅器,对两组患者动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、痰液黏稠度进行对比。结果 防喷溅组在痰液黏稠度、血氧饱和度(SPO2)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制防痰液喷溅器可以减少痰液喷溅,改善环境并抑制细菌传播,加强了气道湿化,提高血氧饱和度,而且使用简单,便于护理人员操作,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the curative effect of new type sputum spitting bop in elderly tracheotomy stroke patients without respiratory machine.Methods Totally 67 hospitalized cerebral stroke patients were selected and randomized into the observation group (34 cases) and the control group (33 cases).Both of the two groups wereapplied with post-tracheotomy nursingroutine.Thecontrol group useddustproof-wetting mask,while the observation group usedthe sputum spitting bop.Oxygen saturation (SaO2) and sputum viscosity were compared in two groups.Results The observation group was significantly better than the controlgroup in both the oxygen saturation and sputum viscosity (P＜0.05),withstatistical significance.Conclusions Sputum spitting bop could reduce sputum spitting,improve environment,prevent germs spread,strengthen the airway wetting and improve the oxygen saturation.And the sputum spitting bop is easy to use anddeserves further clinical applications. |
