      目的 了解某地区儿童血液感染嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(SMA)耐药基因分布。方法 收集SMA阳性菌株,纸片法进行药敏试验、ESBLs、AmpC、KPC、MBLS等耐药表型;PCR法检测耐药基因、正反向测序。结果 检测出耐药相关基因片段blaTEM、blaSHV、blaCARB、blaIMP、bla OXA-10、oprD2、 aac(6’)-I、ant(2″)-I、ant(3″)-I 、aac(6’)-II、gyrB的阳性率分别为22.8%(8/35)、11.4%(4/35)、17.1%(6/35)、94.3%(33/35)、8.6%(3/35)、28.5%(10/35)、68.6%(24/35)、48.6%(17/35)、17.1%(6/35)、8.6%(3/35)、17.1%(6/35)。结论 该地区SMA耐药情况非常严重,应加强重视。

      Objective To study the positive strains of children’s blood infection of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,and to investigate the local prevalence of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia so as to guide the appropriate use of antibiotics.Methods We tested the sensitivity of the commonly ESBLs,AmpC,KPC,and MBLs with disk diffusion,detected the drug resistance genes with polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and analyzed positive results with forward and reverse sequencing.Cluster analysis was done on 23 kinds of resistance genes with molecular marker genotyping method.Results The positive rates of blaTEM,blaSHV,blaCARB,blaIMP,bla OXA-10,oprD2,aac(6’)-I,ant(2″)-I,ant(3″)-I,aac(6’)-II,gyrB were 22.8%(8/35),11.4%(4/35),17.1%(6/35),94.3%(33/35),8.6%(3/35),28.5%(10/35),68.6%(24/35),48.6%(17/35),17.1%(6/35),8.6%(3/35) and 17.1%(6/35),respectively.Conclusions The drug resistance to SMA in this area is very serious and there is the possibility of nosocomial transmission,which should be paid more attention to.
