| 目的 建立肾性贫血治疗方案评价标准,促进肾性贫血治疗方案的规范化。方法 依据国内外肾性贫血治疗相关指南、参考文献及药品说明书建立肾性贫血治疗方案评价标准。回顾性对某三甲医院一年期间420例患者肾性贫血治疗方案进行评价,并对其评价结果进行分析。结果 建立的肾性贫血治疗方案评价标准中包含重组人促红细胞生成素、铁剂、叶酸及维生素B12使用的合理情况和不合理情况。420例患者肾性贫血治疗方案合理率为36.19%,重组人促红细胞生成素的合理使用率最高。结论 建立的肾性贫血治疗方案评价标准具有针对性强、评价内容明确、干预方便等优点,可以规范肾性贫血的治疗方案。 |

| Objective To formulate evaluation criteria for treatment programs of renal anemia and to promote its standardization.Methods Evaluation criteria were drawn up based on domestic and foreign renal anemia treatment-related guidelines,references and drug instructions.Then the treatment programs of 420 cases of patients with renal anemia were evaluated and analyzed retrospectively.Results The established evaluation criteria contained rational and irrational use of recombinant human erythropoietin,iron,folic acid and vitamin B12.In the 420 cases,the rational treatment programs accounted for 36.19%,among which the rational use of recombinant human erythropoietin ranked the highest.Conclusions The established evaluation criteria have the characteristics of good specificity,clear evaluation content and convenient intervention,which can be used to regulate renal anemia treatment. |
