| 目的 通过检测c-myc基因(c-myc)和p53蛋白在喉癌切缘组织的表达,探讨其与术后局部复发的相关性。方法 选择接受治疗的喉癌患者201例,将患者按复发与否分成复发组和非复发组,校正一般资料后,采用免疫组化法对两组患者喉癌组织和切缘组织中c-myc和p53蛋白的表达进行比较。结果 (1)在喉癌组织中,c-myc蛋白在复发组和未复发组表达的阳性率分别为54.5％和50.0％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；p53蛋白在复发组和未复发组表达的阳性率分别为84.8％和91.1％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；(2)在切缘组织中,c-myc蛋白在复发组和未复发组表达的阳性率分别为66.7％和20.8％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；p53蛋白在复发组和未复发组表达的阳性率分别为84.8％和81.0%,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；(3)边缘黏膜异型增生型发生率在复发组和未复发组分别是63.6%和45.8%,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 切缘组织中c-myc蛋白的表达与喉癌术后局部复发具有明显相关性,或可作为局部复发状况的预测指标。 |

| Objective To explore the correlation of c-myc gene and p53 protein with local recurrence in laryngeal cancer edge tissues.Methods Totally 201 patients with laryngeal cancer treated in Xiangyang Central Hospital were assigned into 2 groups,recurrence group and non-recurrence group.The expressions of c-myc gene and p53 protein in laryngeal cancer edge tissues were analyzed after correcting clinical data between two groups.Results In laryngeal cancer tissues,the positive rates of the expression of c-myc gene in group Aand group Bwere 54.5% and 50.0% respectively,and they were not statistically different(P＞0.05);the expressions of p53 protein in group Aand group Bwere 84.8％ and 91.1％ respectively,and they were not statistically different either(P＞0.05).In edge tissues,the positive rates of the expression of c-myc gene in group Aand group Bwere 66.7％ and 20.8％ respectively,and they were statistically different (P＜0.05);the expression of p53 protein in group Aand group Bwere 84.8％ and 81.0% respectively,and they were not statistically different(P＞0.05).The incidences of mucosa dysplasia on edge tissues in group Aand group Bwere 63.6% and 45.8% respectively,and they were not statistically different(P＞0.05).Conclusions The expression of c-myc gene in edge tissues has obvious correlation with postoperative local recurrence of laryngeal cancer,which can become a forecast indicator of local recurrence. |
