| 目的 观察益母草注射液配合卡孕栓应用于防治剖宫产产后出血的临床效果,探讨其应用价值与护理措施。方法 选择正常足月妊娠因有医学指征和/或社会因素需要行剖宫产的120例分娩产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例,观察组使用益母草注射液配合卡孕栓,对照组仅使用益母草注射液,观察两组患者术中及产后24 h的出血量、用药前后血压变化及不良反应。结果 观察组术中及产后24 h出血量分别为(173.83±31.51)、(237.67±36.10) mL,较对照组的(243.00±41.03)、(334.50±40.52) mL明显减少(P＜0.001)；两组给药前后无血压升高,观察组给药前收缩压为(117.37±9.07) mmHg,给药后收缩压最高值、最低值和平均值分别为(129.93±18.69)、(105.30±16.07)、(116.67±15.24) mmHg,与对照组的(117.93±4.26)、(126.65±16.38)、(100.42±15.25)、(113.38±14.47) mmHg比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组给药前舒张压为(69.40±6.14) mmHg,给药后舒张压最高值、最低值和平均值分别为(86.35±14.58)、(50.46±17.37)、(69.23±15.23) mmHg,与对照组的(70.86±7.36)、(82.56±16.48)、(53.88±16.52)、(67.51±13.39)mmHg比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组用药后发生不良反应16例,高于对照组6例,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 益母草注射液配合卡孕栓防治剖宫产产后出血是一种简便、安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广,但其不良反应应予重视。 |

| Objective To observe motherwort injection combined carboprost for the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and to analyze the value of nursing care.Methods A total of 120 patients,who underwent cesarean section due to medical indications or social factors,were randomized into two groups.The observation group was treated by motherwort injection combined with carboprost,while the control group was treated with motherwort injection.The blood loss,change in blood pressure and adverse reaction were compared.Results In the observation group,the amount of blood loss during operation and after 24 h was(173.83±31.51),(237.67±36.10) mL,which was significantly less than (243±41.03),(334.50±40.52) mL in the control group (P＜0.001).The blood pressure was not increased after the drug intake in both groups.In the observation group the systolic blood pressure was (117.37±9.07) mmHg before drug intake,and the highest,lowest and average systolic blood pressures after the treatment were (129.93±18.69),(105.30±16.07) and (116.67±15.24) mmHg,respectively,which were not significantly different from (117.93±4.26),(126.65±16.38),(100.42±15.25) and (113.38±14.47) mmHg in the control group (P＞0.05).In the observation group the diastolic blood pressure before treatment was (69.40±6.14) mmHg,the highest,lowest and average diastolic blood pressures after the treatment were (86.35±14.58),(50.46±17.37) and (69.23±15.23) mmHg,respectively,which were not significantly different from (70.86±7.36),(82.56±16.48),(53.88±16.52) and (67.51±13.39) mmHg in the control group (P＞0.05).There were 16 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group,significantly higher than 6 cases in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Motherwort injection combined with carboprost in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section is simple,safe and effective,which is worthy of promotion.But special attention should be paid to the adverse reactions. |
