| 目的 探讨自制双套管持续低负压冲洗引流在腹部手术切口感染或脂肪液化中的应用价值。方法 选取切口感染或脂肪液化的患者63例,通过随机数字表法随机分成双套管组与传统换药组,分别采用自制双套管持续低负压冲洗引流与传统换药方法处理切口,比较两种处理方法换药次数、医疗费用、切口愈合天数、住院增加天数及二期缝合率。 结果 双套管组换药次数、医疗费用、切口愈合天数、住院增加天数及二期缝合率均低于传统换药组,两组病例各项指标比较均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论 自制双套管持续低负压冲洗引流对于腹部手术切口感染或脂肪液化是一种有效的处理方法,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective To explore the application of continuous irrigation and low negative pressure suction drainage with homemade double catheterization cannula in incision infection or fat liquefaction after abdominal surgery.Methods Sixty-three patients with fat liquefaction and incision infection after abdominal surgery were randomized into double catheterization cannula group and traditional treatment group,using different treatment methods.Times of dressing change,medical expenses,incision healing days,increased hospitalization duration and the rate of secondary suture were compared between the two groups.Results Times of dressing change,medical expenses,incision healing days,increase hospitalization duration and secondary suture rate of double catheterization cannula group were less than traditional treatment group with statistically significant difference(All P<0.001).Conclusions The method is effective for treating fat liquefaction or incision infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
