| 目的 研究云南白药胶囊对经皮肺穿刺活检术后出血情况及炎性反应、应激反应的影响。方法 选择接受CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检的142例患者,采用随机数表法分为云南白药组和常规治疗组,分别接受术前云南白药胶囊治疗和常规治疗。观察两组患者术后发生出血的例数以及出血患者的出血持续时间、24 h出血量；术后3 d时,采集血清并测定炎性因子、应激分子的含量。结果 云南白药组术后的出血发生率低于常规治疗组,云南白药组出血患者的24 h出血量低于常规治疗组、出血持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；术后3 d时,云南白药组患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(Cor)含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 术前应用云南白药胶囊能够降低经皮肺穿刺活检术后出血的发生率、减轻出血程度、炎性反应程度和应激反应程度。 |

| Objective To study the effects of yunnan baiyao capsules on hemorrhage condition,inflammatory response and stress response after percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods A hundred and forty-two patients undergoing CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy were selected and assigned into Yunnan Baiyao group and routine treatment group according to random number table,who received respective preoperative yunnan baiyao capsules treatment and routine treatment.Number of postoperative hemorrhage cases,bleeding duration,24-hour bleeding volume in hemorrhage patients were observed;3 days after surgery,serum was collected to determine the contents of inflammatory factors and stress molecules.Results Postoperative bleeding rate,24-hour bleeding volume and bleeding duration of Yunnan Baiyao Group was significantly lower or shorter than those of the routine treatment group(P<0.05).Three days after surgery,serum hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and NE,E,ACTH and cor contents of yunnan baiyao group patients were significantly lower than those of routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative application of yunnan baiyao capsules can decrease hemorrhage incidence after percutaneous lung biopsy,reducethe degree of bleeding,inflammatory response and stress response. |
