| 目的 探讨优质护理对开颅血肿清除加去骨瓣减压术围手术期患者的疗效。方法 选取急性颅脑损伤患者60例,根据患者围手术期采取的护理方法不同分为对照组和优护组,每组各30例。分别给予常规护理干预和优质护理干预。对比分析两组患者的有效率、满意度、手术时间、住院时间、并发症、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)和生活质量(QOL)评分。结果 优护组患者的总有效率和患者满意度均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；优护组的平均手术时间和住院时间均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；优护组无颅内感染和肺部感染的发生,且发生5种并发症的总比例为10.0%,显著低于对照组43.3%的发生率(P＜0.05)；优护组患者的ADL评分(包括躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能评分)和QOL评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 对开颅血肿清除加去骨瓣减压术患者围手术期实施优质护理,能够提高患者的有效率和满意度,减少手术时间、住院时间和并发症的发生,同时能够有效提高患者术后生存质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the quality of nursing care on the efficacy of perioperative patients undergoing removal of hematoma by craniotomy and decompressive craniectomy.Methods Sixty cases of acute brain injuries were selected.According to the perioperative nursing method,the patients were assigned into control group (n=30) and high quality nursing group (n=30).Routine nursing intervention and high quality nursing intervention were given respectively.Efficiency,satisfaction,the operative time,hospital stay,complications,ADL score and QOL score were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and patient satisfaction of high quality nursing group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the average operative time and length of stay in high quality nursing group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).In high quality nursing group there were no intracranial infection or pulmonary infection,and the total proportion of 5 complications was 10.0%,significantly lower than the incidence rate of 43.3% in control group (P<0.05).The ADL score (including physical function,psychological function and social function score) and QOL score of high quality nursing group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Implementation of high quality nursing care in perioperative patients with removal of hematoma by craniotomy combined with decompressive craniectomy can improve patient's satisfaction and efficiency,reduce the operation time,hospital stay and complications,which can effectively improve the patients′ survival quality. |
