| 重型颅脑损伤是引起神经功能障碍,进而致残、致死的主要原因。亚低温治疗作为一种保护中枢神经系统功能的措施近年来越来越被临床治疗所关注,对颅脑损伤病人中枢神经系统的保护作用在科研和临床使用过程中虽然显示出了一定作用,但就如何实施仍存有争议。该文对目前亚低温治疗技术应用于重型颅脑损伤病人的研究现状进行归纳综述,以期提高重型颅脑损伤病人的救治成功率,改善其预后。 |

| Severe traumatic brain injury is the main cause of neurological dysfunction,disability and death.As a measure to protect the central nervous system function,mild therapeutic hypothermia has been increasingly concerned by clinical treatment in recent years.Although mild therapeutic hypothermiashowed a certain protective effect on the central nervous system of patients with traumatic brain injury in scientific research and clinical application,how to implement is still controversial.The current research statu of the application of mild therapeutic hypothermia in patients with severe traumatic brain injury was reviewed in this article to improve the treatment success rate and improve the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. |
