| 目的 探讨动态监测血清铁蛋白对幼年Still病患者的治疗指导、预后判断的意义。方法 检测该院确诊的23例幼年Still病患者治疗前、治疗2周后及治疗4周后的血清铁蛋白水平,以同期健康儿童20例作为对照组。结果 对照组血清铁蛋白水平极低,幼年Still病患者组治疗前血清铁蛋白水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；幼年Still病患者组 治疗2周后血清铁蛋白水平未降至正常,但较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗4周后血清铁蛋白水平降至正常。23例幼年Still病患者均对糖皮质激素治疗有效,血清铁蛋白水平越高者所需糖皮质激素剂量越大。结论 检测幼年Still病患者血清铁蛋白水平有助于指导临床治疗,动态监测血清铁蛋白水平变化趋势有助于预后的判断。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical significance of dynamically monitoring serum ferritin in treatment guidance and prognosis estimation for patients with juvenile onset Still′s disease. Methods Serum ferritin levels were detected in 23 patients with juvenile onset Still′s disease before the treatment,at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Meanwhile,20 healthy children were considered as normal control group. Results The serum ferritin levels of patients were significantly increased before the treatment compared with healthy children whose serum ferritin levels were extremely low;the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),and the serum ferritin levels of patients with juvenile onset Still′s disease were not decreased to normal levels at 2 weeks after the treatment,but decreased significantly compared with prior treatment (P<0.01).The serum ferritin levels decreased to normal 4 weeks after treatment.All 23 cases of juvenile onset Still′s disease were effectively treated with glucocorticoid.Patients with higher level of serum ferritin needed higher dose of glucocorticoid. Conclusions Detection of serum ferritin levels for patients with juvenile onset Still′s disease is helpful in guiding clinical treatment.Dynamic monitoring of serum ferritin levels is helpful to the prognosis estimation of the patients. |
