      目的 探讨以问题为基础学习法(PBL)结合案例教学法(CBL)在临床肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法 选入2015年5月—2016年5月在该科见习的临床肿瘤学学员71名,根据单双号随机法分为传统教学法组(36名)和结合教学法组(35名),其中传统教学法组采取传统的课堂讲授式教学,结合教学法组采用PBL结合CBL双轨教学。学习3个月后,采用结业考试和教学满意度调查评价两种教学方法的效果,并进行统计比较。结果 结合教学法组结业考试成绩明显高于传统教学法组[(87.93±8.14)分 vs(79.10±6.85)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学满意度亦显著高于传统教学法组(94.29% vs 72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合CBL用于临床肿瘤学教学,有利于学员对知识的掌握,提高教学质量及满意度,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) in clinical oncology teaching. Methods Seventy-one clinical oncology trainees,who studied in Department of Surgical Oncology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from May 2015 to May 2016,were assigned into traditional teaching group (36 cases) and combined teaching group (35 cases).The traditional teaching group adopted the traditional classroom teaching,while the combined teaching group adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by the test and teaching satisfaction survey by 3 months of training. Results The test scores of the combined teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group[(87.93±8.14) vs (79.10±6.85),P<0.05] and the teaching satisfaction of the combined teaching group was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (94.29% vs 72.22%,P<0.05). Conclusions The application of PBL combined with CBL in clinical oncology teaching is worthy of popularization,because it is helpful for students to master knowledge and improve teaching quality and satisfaction.
