| 目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在声带息肉患者手术护理中的应用效果,评估应用风险。 方法 选取60例声带息肉患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用快速康复外科理念对患者实施手术前后护理,即配合麻醉医师缩短术前禁食时间,术后给予保温、指导早期经口进食、术后采取合适体位,加强术后止痛等；对照组采用传统护理方法进行护理。比较两组患者术后焦虑水平、疼痛评分、治疗依从性、住院天数、住院费用、术后恶心呕吐等相关并发症的发生率。 结果 观察组患者术后的焦虑水平、疼痛评分、住院天数、住院费用、术后恶心呕吐等并发症的发生率低于对照组,治疗依从性较对照组高(P<0.05)。 结论 以快速康复外科理念为指导,对声带息肉患者进行围手术期护理,安全可靠,能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,减少术后并发症的发生,缩短住院时间、降低住院费用,提高患者的治疗依从性,加快患者康复进程。 |

| Objective To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the patients with vocal cord polyp. Methods 60 cases of vocal cord polyp patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group was nursed by rapid rehabilitation concept,namely shorten the preoperative fasting time,heat preservation after operation,appropriate positions,postoperative pain,etc.The control group was nursed by traditional nursing care methods.Postoperative anxiety level,pain score,treatment adherence,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and related complications of the two groups were compared. Results Postoperative anxiety level,pain score,hospitalization expenses,the incidence of complications such as postoperative nausea and vomiting of the observation group of patients is lower than the controlgroupand treatment adherence was higher than control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion For patients with vocal cord polyp,rapid rehabilitation surgery concept is safe and reliable,which can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,shorten hospitalization days,reduce hospitalization expenses,improve the therapeutic compliance of patients.The concept deserves further clinical applications. |
