| 目的 探讨手术衔接流程重组在中华健康快车白内障手术中的应用价值。方法 依据手术衔接流程是否优化,将纳入研究的对象分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规手术衔接流程,观察组采用重组手术衔接流程,将两组的平均衔接时间、平均手术时间进行对比,评估重组衔接流程对于健康快车白内障手术的重要性。结果 对照组平均衔接时间(10.33±1.69) min,平均手术时间(7.58±1.46) min；观察组平均衔接时间缩短为(6.52±1.26) min,平均手术时间为(7.74±1.88) min。两组比较平均衔接时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 手术衔接流程重组能明显提高工作效率,缩短工作时间,满足医患双方需要的同时取得合理效益,提高医疗服务质量,对于健康快车项目以及各级防盲工作均具有重要的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of surgical convergence process reorganization on cataract surgery in China Lifeline Express. Methods Patients were divided into two groups.The control group and the experimental group were used conventional surgery convergence process and reorganized surgery convergence process respectively.The average connection time and mean operation time between two groups to assess the importance of reorganized surgery convergence process for the cataract surgery in Lifeline Express were analyzed. Results The average connection time and mean operation time of control group(conventional convergence process) were respectively(10.33±1.69) min and(7.58±1.46) min,and which of the experimental group(reorganized convergence process) were(6.52±1.26) min and(7.74±1.88) min.The average convergence time was significantly shortened in experimental group compared with control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean operation time of two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Surgical convergence process reorganization can significantly improve work efficiency,shorten working hours,meet the needs of both doctors and patients at the same time to achieve reasonable benefits,thus improve the quality of medical services.It has important clinical application value in Lifeline Express and other programs of blind prevention. |
