      目的 分析布地奈德对毛细支气管炎患儿炎性因子的调节作用及临床疗效。方法 选取该院2009—2014年期间收治的300例毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各150例。对照组给予临床常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入持续治疗1周,比较两组毛细支气管炎患儿炎性因子的水平变化,并分析临床疗效。结果 与对照组比较,观察组的治疗效果较明显,观察组患儿治疗总有效率98.00%明显高于对照组的76.67%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后临床症状恢复时间较短,且经8周治疗后,观察组患儿的炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的水平较低,分别为(159.3±26.8)、(148.3±30.6)、(350.1±69.2)ng·L-1,而干扰素-γ(INF-γ)的水平较高(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗1 h后的呼吸频率(30.26±7.64)次/分钟和心率(127.96±10.64)次/分钟水平明显低于对照组的(38.04±9.73)次/分钟、(132.79±11.42)次/分钟,而血氧饱和度(96.13±3.07)%明显高于对照组的(89.75±2.43)%(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德可有效调节毛细支气管炎患儿的炎性因子水平,且治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

      Objective Effect of Budesonide on children with bronchiolitis of inflammatory factors and clinical curative effect. Methods300 cases of children with bronchiolitis in our hospital from 2009 to 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,150 cases in each group.Clinical routine treatment was given to the control group and the experimental group were given budesonide atomization inhalation additionally for one week.The bronchiolitis inflammatory factor level changes of two groups were compared and clinical curative effect were analysed. Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group′s treatment effect was obvious in the experimental group,the total efficiency of treatment was 98% significantly higher than 76.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the experimental group after treatment,clinical symptom recovery time was short,and after eight weeks of treatment,the experimental group of inflammatory factor TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 level lower,respectively (159.3±26.8),(148.3±30.6),(350.1±69.2) ng·L-1,and higher levels of INF-r (P<0.05).The experimental group treatment in children with respiratory frequency was (30.26±7.64)/min and the heart rate was (127.96±10.64)/min level was significantly lower than the control group (38.04±9.73)/min,(132.79±11.42)/min,and blood oxygen saturation (96.13±3.07)%,significantly higher than the control group (89.75±2.43)% (P<0.05). Conclusions Budesonide can effectively regulate the levels of inflammatory factors of children with bronchiolitis,with significant treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
