| 目的 探讨成立静脉治疗质控小组(简称静脉治疗QC小组)在儿科病房静脉留置针输液安全管理中的意义。方法 成立静脉治疗QC小组,根据相关标准和文献制定静脉留置针穿刺、维护标准以及并发症预防和处理,并进行专项督查与管理,将实施前使用静脉留置针输液的患儿210例与实施后使用静脉留置针输液的患儿232例,在静脉留置针穿刺成功率、平均留置时间、相关并发症等几个方面进行比较与分析。结果 实施静脉治疗QC小组输液安全管理后,科室护理人员的静脉穿刺成功率提高,留置针平均留置时间延长,相关并发症发生率、非计划拔管率降低,患儿家长满意度提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 开展静脉治疗QC小组输液安全管理能够有效的提高静脉穿刺成功率,延长静脉留置针使用时间,降低非计划拔管率,减少留置针相关并发症的发生,具有临床工作指导意义。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of quality control of intravenous therapy group on improving the safety management of applying venous retention needles in pediatric patients. Methods We chosen the 210 pediatric patients using venous retention needles before the application of quality control as the first group,and the 232 pediatric patients after the application of quality control of intravenous therapy group as the second group.Compared and analyzed parameters including success rate of venous puncture,average indwelling time,complications between these two groups. Results After the implement of safety quality control management of intravenous therapy group,the success rates of nurses′ venipuncture were improved,average reserved time of intravenous catheter was prolonged,complications rates were also decreased,unexpected extubation rate was declined.Parents of children were satisfied more often.There were significant differences in all above aspects between the two groups during the our study(P＜0.05). Conclusions Safety and quality control management of infusion being carried out by intravenous therapy team can effectively improve the success rates of venous puncture,prolong the using time of intravenous indwelling needle,reduce the rates of non-planned extubation and regulate the method of indwelling needle fixation,reduce complications associated with venous indwelling needle. |
