| 目的 研究小儿腭裂修复术中应用无覆盖带蒂颊脂垫瓣移植的效果。 方法 收集接受腭裂修复手术治疗腭裂患儿60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组按照常规方法治疗,观察组术中应用无覆盖带蒂颊脂垫瓣移植治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。 结果 观察组患儿显效22例,治疗组显效13例,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(z=3.859,P＜0.05),两组患儿的治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.588,P＞0.05)；观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,较对照组的26.67%显著降低(P＜0.05)；观察组术后发热消退时间(2.53±0.49) d较对照组(5.52±1.53) d明显缩短(P＜0.05)。 结论 在小儿腭裂修复术中应用无覆盖带蒂颊脂垫瓣移植能够提高临床疗效,降低术后并发症率,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To study the effect of non-covered pedicled buccal fat pad flap transplantation in pediatric cleft palate repair. Methods Sixty cases of children undergoing cleft palate repair surgery were collected and assigned into control group and observation group,each group with 30 cases according to the random number method.The control group was treated by conventional method while the observation group was treated with non-covered pedicled buccal fat pad flap transplantation,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results 22 cases were markedly effective in the observation group,and 13 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group.The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference of the data was statistically significant (z=3.859,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (χ2=2.588,P>0.05);the complication rate was 6.67% in the observation group after surgery,which was significantly lower than 26.67% in the control group (P<0.05).The postoperative fever extinction time was (2.53±0.49) d in the observation group was shorter than (5.52±1.53) d in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of cleft palate repair surgery with non-covered pedicled buccal fat pad flap transplantation can improve clinical efficacy and reduce postoperative complication rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
