| 目的 探讨0.25%氯霉素灭菌溶液的应用对于减轻高速涡轮钻辅助拔除阻生下颌第三磨牙术后并发症的作用。 方法选择120例中低位阻生第三磨牙,拟行高速涡轮钻辅助拔除,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组在阻生牙拔除后关创前使用0.25%氯霉素灭菌溶液冲洗拔牙创面,比较两组术后并发症情况。结果 观察组术后Ⅱ、Ⅲ度面部肿胀14、4例,Ⅱ、Ⅲ度疼痛30、5例及Ⅱ、Ⅲ度张口受限10、2例均小于对照组25、7例,42、8例和28、4例(P<0.05)。 结论 高速涡轮钻辅助拔除阻生下颌第三磨牙时,使用0.25%氯霉素灭菌溶液冲洗拔牙创面,可以减轻术后并发症的发生,减少患者的痛苦。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of 0.25% chloramphenicol solution in alleviating the postoperative complications of the extraction of third mandibular impacted tooth with high speed turbine drill. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with middle and low impacted third molar,the high-speed turbine assisted extraction,were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group.In experimental group,0.25% chloramphenicol sterilization solution was used to rinse the wound of extraction teeth after the removal of impacted teeth.The complications were compared between the two groups. Results After operation,II,III degree facial swelling (14 cases vs 4 cases);II,III degree pain (30 cases vs 5 cases),and II,III degrees of mouth opening (10 cases vs 2 cases) in the observation group were less than (25 cases vs 7 cases);(42 cases vs 8 cases),and (28 cases vs 4 cases) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The use of 0.25% chloramphenicol sterilization solution for high speed turbine drill assisted extraction of third mandibular impacted tooth can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and alleviate the patient′s pain. |
