      目的 探讨细胞黏附分子变异体6(cell adhesion molecule variant 6,CD44v6)、黏蛋白1(mucin-1,MUC1)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在三阴性乳腺癌中的生物学特征及其对预后评估的意义。 方法 选取2014年2月至2016年3月在黄冈市中心医院确诊的65例三阴性乳腺癌患者和75例非三阴性乳腺癌患者为研究对象,空腹抽取静脉血3 mL,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清CD44v6、MUC1及VEGF表达水平。 结果 三阴性乳腺癌患者的CD44v6(338.57±51.37)pg·mL-1和MUC1(156.32±34.71)pg·mL-1表达水平与非三阴性乳腺癌患者的CD44v6(327.68±51.14)pg·mL-1和MUC1(153.56±35.12)pg·mL-1表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而三阴性乳腺癌患者的VEGF(86.91±32.46)pg·mL-1表达水平明显低于非三阴性乳腺癌患者(205.14±53.17)pg·mL-1表达水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三阴性乳腺癌患者的CD44v6、MUC1及VEGF表达水平与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织分级、临床分期和淋巴转移均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。CD44v6与MUC1表达水平呈正相关(r=0.224,P=0.015),与VEGF表达水平无相关性(r=0.023,P=0.637),MUC1与VEGF表达水平呈正相关(r=0.271,P=0.008)。 结论 三阴性乳腺癌患者的血清VEGF表达水平较低,血清CD44v6和MUC1表达水平无明显变化,MUC1分别与CD44v6和VEGF呈正相关,但三者均与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织分级、临床分期和淋巴转移等预后指标无明显相关性,对预后评估无重要意义。

      Objective To investigate the cell adhesion molecule variants of variant 6 (CD44v6),mucin 1 (MUC1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) biological characteristics in triple-negative breast cancer and its significance in the prognosis evaluation. Methods Sixty-five cases of triple-negative breast cancer patients and 75 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer,diagnosed in Huanggang Central Hospital from February 2014 to March 2016,were selected as the research objects.The venous blood was drawn by 3 mL on empty stomach,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was adopted to detect serum CD44v6,MUC1 and VEGF expression levels. Results CD44v6 expression level was (338.57±51.37) pg·mL-1 and MUC1 expression level was (156.32±34.71) pg·mL-1 in triple-negative breast cancer patients,while in non-triple-negative breast cancer patients,CD44v6 expression level was (327.68±51.14) pg·mL-1 and expression level of MUC1 was (153.56±35.12) pg·mL-1 ;the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The expression level of VEGF (86.91±32.46) pg·m-1 in triple-negative breast cancer patients was significantly lower than that of non-triple-negative breast cancer patients (205.14±53.17) pg·mL-1,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The expression levels of CD44v6,MUC1 and VEGF in patients with triple-negative breast cancer had no significant correlation with age,tumor size,histological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).CD44v6 was positively correlated with MUC1 expression level (r=0.224,P=0.015),and had no correlation with VEGF expression level (r=0.023, P=0.637).MUC1 was positively correlated with VEGF expression level (r=0.271,P=0.008). Conclusions The serum VEGF expression level of triple-negative breast cancer patients was low,the expression level of serum CD44v6 and MUC1 was not significantly changed,and MUC1 was positively correlated with CD44v6 and VEGF respectively,but all of them were no significantly correlated with prognostic indicators such as age,tumor size,histological grade,clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis,thus they had no important significance for prognosis evaluation.
