| 目的 观察稳定性咬合板治疗颞下颌关节盘前移位的临床疗效。 方法 选取治疗前确诊为颞下颌关节盘前移位的患者32例,制作并为其佩戴稳定性咬合板,定期复查并调改咬合板,对患者治疗前后的疼痛指数、关节弹响、张口度的改善以及自我满意度进行评价。 结果 32例患者治疗前后,其疼痛指数分别为(7.8±0.2)分、(3.5±0.1)分；关节弹响分别为(70.2±1.1)%、(60.5±1.0)%；张口度分别为(28.1±1.3) mm、(33.1±1.2) mm,治疗前后的比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者主观评价:疼痛改善32例患者均评价有效,关节弹响和张口度的改善各有1例患者评价无效。 结论 治疗颞下颌关节盘前移位, 稳定性咬合板可以达到很好的临床效果。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of stabilization splint on the treatment of anterior disc displacement of temporomandibular. Methods Thirty-two patients who were diagnosed with anterior disc displacement,and received stabilization splint therapy were selected.The occlusal plate was periodically reviewed and adjusted.The pain index before and after treatment,clicking of joint,mouth opening and self-satisfaction were examined. Results The pain indexes of 32 patients before and after treatment were (7.8±0.2) points and (3.5±0.1) points,the rates of clicking of joint was (70.2±1.1) % and (60.5±1.0) %,the mouth opening was (28.1±1.3) mm and (33.1±1.2) mm.The effects before and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05).Subjective evaluation of patients showed that all patients′ pain of joint disappeared,and 31 patients′ clicking of joint and mouth opening were improved. Conclusions The stabilization splint has good clinical effects in the treatment of anterior disc displacement of temporomandibular. |
