      目的 探讨308 nm准分子光联合复方甘草酸苷治疗白癜风的疗效以及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平的影响。方法 将收治的134例白癜风患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各67例。对照组给予308 nm准分子光干预,治疗2次/周,共10周。治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方甘草酸苷片,成人:3片/次,3次/天;未成年人:1片/次,3次/天,共10周。比较两组不良反应、复色率及临床疗效。检测两组血清SOD和GSH-Px水平。结果 治疗组不良反应总发生率为7.46%,显著低于对照组20.90%(χ2 =4.968,P=0.026)。治疗后10周,治疗组的复色率(44.72±5.58)%平均值明显高于对照组(30.91±3.79)%(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为73.13%,明显高于对照组55.22%(χ2=3.934,P=0.047)。治疗后,治疗组患者血清中SOD和GSH-Px水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论308 nm准分子光联合复方甘草酸苷治疗白癜风疗效明显,上调血清SOD和GSH-Px水平可能与其治疗效果有关。

      Objective To investigate the efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser in combination with Compound Glycyrrhizin in treating vitiligo and the influence on serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with vitiligo were randomly assigned into control group and treatment group with 67 cases of each group.The control group underwent treatment with 308 nm excimer laser,twice a week for 10 weeks.Based on what has been done in control group,treatment group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin for 10 weeks with 3 tablets/time and tid for adults and 1 tablet/time and tid for juveniles.Untoward effect,color recovery rate and efficacy were compared between two groups.Serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px were detected in both groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.46%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.90%) (χ2 = 4.968,P = 0.026).At 10 weeks after treatment,the average color restoration (44.72±5.58)% in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (30.91±3.79)% (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.13%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (55.22%) (χ2 = 3.934,P = 0.047).After treatment,the serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px in treatment group were evidently higher than those in the control group with statistical differences (P<0.01).Conclusions Efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser in combination with Compound Glycyrrhizin in treating vitiligo is significant,and up-regulation of serum levels of SOD and GSH-Px may be related to its efficacy.
