      目的 调查新护士的专业自我概念和规范化培训的满意度,探讨两者的相关性,为构建更完善的护士规范化培训方案提供参考。方法 2014年9月至2016年6月采用中文版护士专业自我概念量表和自制新入职护士规范化培训满意度调查问卷,对重庆市3所三甲医院的131名新护士进行调查。结果 新入职护士的规范化培训满意度总分为(118.59±22.789)分,年龄、学历和规培时间均为其影响因素(P<0.05);专业自我概念总分为(135.66±19.07)分,专业自我概念的总分与规培满意度总分相关系数为0.515,且二者各维度均呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论 新护士专业自我概念对规范化培训满意度有一定的影响,管理者应采取措施促进新护士专业自我概念的发展,以提高其培训满意度和工作积极性,为新护士规范化培训的发展奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the new enrolled nurse professional self-concept and the satisfaction of standardized training and to explore the correlation between them,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of a more perfect standardized training program.Methods From September 2014 to June 2016,a survey was conducted among 131 new enrolled nurses in the top three hospitals in Chongqing by using the Chinese version of the nurse professional self-concept scale and the questionnaire on the satisfaction of the new enrolled nurses standardized training.Results The training of new enrolled nurses satisfaction score is 118.59±22.789. The age,education and training period are the influencing factors (P<0.05). The professional self-concept score was 135.66±19.07 points. The total score and total satisfaction compliance training phase relationship of professional self-concept is 0.515,and each dimension was a positive correlation between them (P<0.01).Conclusion The new enrolled nurse professional self-concept has a certain effect on the standardized training satisfaction. The managers should take measures to promote the development of new enrolled nurses professional self-concept,to improve the training satisfaction and working enthusiasm,which provide the foundation for the development of new standardized training of nurses.
