| 支气管哮喘是由多种细胞和细胞组分参与的慢性气道炎症性疾病,以气道中多种炎症细胞浸润、黏液分泌增多、气道重塑及气道高反应性为特征。白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)是近年来发现的一种由Th17等多种细胞产生的细胞因子。有研究表明IL-17A参与了哮喘的发病过程,该文就IL-17A与哮喘的关系加以综述。 |

| Bronchial asthma is regarded as a common airway disorder that is characterized by chronic airway inflammation of various cytokines.It is characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration,increased mucus secretion,airway remodeling and airway hyperreactivity.Interleukin (IL)-17A is a cytokine released from Th17 and other cell types.The evidence suggests that IL-17A is involved in the pathogenesis of asthma,this review will summarize the relationship between IL-17A and asthma. |
