      目的 观察补骨脂-肉豆蔻药对对脾虚泄泻小鼠肠道菌群失调及胃肠功能异常的调整作用。方法 昆明种小鼠60只,按随机区组法随机分为6组,苦寒泻下法,除正常组每天用自来水灌胃外,其余五组均用含原生药的大黄水煎剂,每日一次,连续8 d,造成脾虚泄泻模型;应用墨汁推进法测定肠推进率;光学显微镜观察胃肠组织形态变化;生化法检测D-木糖、淀粉酶的含量。结果 补骨脂-肉豆蔻药对(21.06、14.04、7.02 g·kg-1)对肠炎症均有不同程度的改善,降低小鼠肠推进率。同时,补骨脂-肉豆蔻药对还能升高D-木糖和淀粉酶的含量。结论 补骨脂-肉豆蔻药对是临床治疗脾虚泄泻的有效药方,不仅有效改善整体情况,而且明显增强肠道抗氧化能力,减轻脂质过氧化损伤,减轻黏膜损伤,加速黏膜修复,以至于在缩短腹泻疗程,提高腹泻疗效方面有很大潜力和优越性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the effect of psoralen-nutmeg on intestinal dysbacteriosis and the adjustment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in spleen deficiency models mice.Methods Sixty kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups.Except for nomal group,the rest groups were given water decoction of rheum officinale-induced spleen deficiency diarrhea in mice once a day for 8 days.It has been used to diarrhea of rat model suffered from spleen deficiency after taking rhubard;the application of charcoal powder propelling method for the determination of intestinal propulsive;Optical microscope observation of stomach intestinal tissue morphological changes;The content of D-xylose,amylase were checked by biochemical method.Results It was showed that the alcohol extracts from psoralen-nutmeg(21.06,4.04,7.02 g·kg-1)have different degrees of improvement to intestinal injury.Meanwhile,compared with model group,the alcohol extracts from psoralen-nutmeg also effectively increased levels of D-xylose and amylase.Conclusions The alcohol extracts from psoralen-nutmeg has certain treatment function on model of insufficiency of the spleen and diarrhea.It can not only effectively improve the overall situation of mice,but also significantly enhance the intestinal antioxidant capacity and reduce the lipid peroxidation damage.
