| 目的 检测程序性细胞死亡受体1配体(PD-L1)蛋白在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者肿瘤组织中的表达,分析其与患者临床特征和疗效的关系。方法 收集安徽医科大学第一附属医院2012年2月至2015年6月期间80例DLBCL患者的肿瘤石蜡组织及其对应的临床病例资料,免疫组织化学染色法检测组织中PD-L1表达,分析其与患者临床特征及疗效的关系。结果 PD-L1阳性表达的患者31例(39%),PD-L1的阳性表达与患者non-GCB亚型(P=0.035),低缓解率有关(P=0.001),与患者的分期,B组症状,ECOG评分等无关。logistic多因素分析提示PD-L1阳性表达是影响DCBCL患者疗效不佳的危险因素(P=0.006)。结论 PD-L1在病理组织中高表达是DLBCL患者疗效不佳的危险因素,其可能为DCBCL患者提供潜在治疗方案的思路。 |

| Objective To investigate the protein expression of programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1) in the tissues of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and to analyze the relationship between its expression, clinical features and curative effect. Methods Collect the tumor paraffin tissue and its corresponding clinical cases in 80 patients with DLBCL at the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2012 to 2015. The expression of PD-L1 was observed by immunohistochemical staining techniques. Results Some DLBCL patients were the PD-L1 positive expression in tumor tissues. The prevalence rate of PD-L1+ were 39 % (31 cases). PD-L1+DLBCL was significantly associated with low CR rate (P=0.001), non-GCB subtype (P=0.035). There was no significantly correlation with Ann Arbor Stage, B symptoms, ECOG PS etc. Logistic multi-factors analysis showed PD-L1 positive expression (P=0.006) was correlated with poor curative effect. Conclusion PD-L1 expression in tumor tissues was correlated with poor curative effect, which may be a potential treatment for DCBCL patients. |
