| 目的 探索交替式快速扩缩弓对治疗上颌骨狭窄的可行性,比较传统的单纯快速扩弓和交替式快速扩缩弓的临床疗效。方法 选择2015年3月至2016年3月合肥市口腔医院20例青少年上颌骨狭窄患者,按随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组各10例。A组:上颌交替式快速扩缩弓组；B组:上颌单纯快速扩弓组。治疗前及治疗后的所有病例均拍摄锥形束CT进行测量分析。结果 与治疗前相比,A组和B组扩弓治疗结束后,上颌基骨弓宽度、腭中缝宽度均有增加(P<0.05)。A组上颌骨宽度扩弓后增加(P<0.05)；B组上颌骨宽度扩弓前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。消除治疗前相应测量的影响,A组治疗后上颌骨宽度、腭中缝宽度的增加量均大于B组。结论 上颌交替式快速扩缩弓和单纯快速扩弓均可治疗青少年上颌骨狭窄,前者的扩弓效果更优于后者。 |

| Objective To investigate the feasibility of alternating rapid palatal expansions and constrictions on treating maxillary stricture,and compare the clinical effects of single rapid palatal expansion and alternating rapid palatal expansions and constrictions.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,0 patients with maxillary stricture in Hefei stomatological hospital, were randomly divided into two groups and 10 cases in each group.Group A:Alternating rapid palatal expansions and constrictions;Group B:Single rapid palatal expansion.All cases were photographed with cone beam CT before and after treatment.Results In both group Aand B,the width of maxillary basal bone and palatal suture were enlarged after expansion (P<0.05).The width of maxilla were enlarged after expansion in group A (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in maxillary width before and after expansion in group B (P>0.05).Eliminate the influence of the corresponding measurement before treatment,the increase amount of maxillary width and palatal width were greater in group Athan those in group Bafter treatment.Conclusion Both the alternating rapid palatal expansions and constrictions and single rapid palatal expansion are reasonable methods for the children with maxillary stricture.The former expansion effect is superior to the latter. |
