| 目的 探讨综合性护理干预在冠心病介入治疗患者中的应用效果评价。方法 将安庆市第一人民医院2014年8月至2016年2月收治的冠心病介入治疗患者80例,按数字表法随机分为对照组与干预组,每组40例,对照组给予介入术的常规知识教育和护理措施,干预组在此基础上实施综合性护理干预措施。比较两组的SAS评分情况、并发症发生率及两组患者对护理服务的满意度。结果 两组患者在入院时Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);实施护理干预后,干预组患者的SAS评分为(44.90±3.01)分,低于对照组患者的SAS评分(53.15±3.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.546,P＜0.01)；干预组并发症发生率(10.00%)明显低于对照组(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.352,P＜0.05);干预组对护理服务的满意度(97.50%)明显高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.314,P＜0.05)。结论 对冠心病介入治疗患者实施综合性护理干预措施,有助于缓解患者焦虑心理,使患者以良好的心理状态积极配合治疗,有效预防并发症的发生,提高了治疗的疗效和改善预后,患者对护理的满意度也明显提高,具有积极的临床价值。 |

| Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease interventional therapy effect assessment.Methods 80 cases of interventional therapy for coronary artery disease patients from August 2014 to February 2014,were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,40 cases in each group.The control group were given general knowledge education and nursing measures of intervention,while the intervention group performed comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis nursing.The SAS score,the incidence of complications and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS of the two values groups before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Group of patients After nursing intervention,intervention of SAS score was(44.90±3.01),lower than the control group(53.15±3.28),with statistically significant difference(t=10.546,P<0.01).The incidence of complications (10.00%) of the intervention group was obviously lower than the control group (37.50%), with statistically significant diffent (χ2=8.352,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the intervention group (97.50%) with nursing service was significantly higher than the control group (77.50%), with statistically significant diffent (χ2=7.314,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease intervention measures to help relieve patients' anxiety,patients with good psychological state actively cooperate with treatment,effectively prevent the happening of the complications,improve the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment and improve prognosis,patients satisfaction of nursing is improved obviously,have positive clinical value. |
