| 目的 了解该院临床中药注射剂在临床使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法 采用回顾性研究的方法,随机抽取该院2016年1～12月中药注射液剂住院处方360张,即每季度抽取使用中药注射剂的住院病历90张,对中药注射剂的不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果 360张中药注射剂处方中,不合理处方195张(54.17%),主要表现在使用前后未冲管72张(36.92%)、用法用量不适宜58张(29.74%)、适应证不适宜25张(12.82%)。结论 该院中药注射剂使用广泛,不合理使用比例较高,应加大中药注射剂的培训、监管力度,促进合理用药水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical use and make special prescription comment on traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCM). Methods To statistically analyze the irrational drug application in TCM injection,retrospective study were adopted to analyzed 360 TCM injection prescriptions randomly selected from January to December in 2016,that is to say,90 prescriptions per-quarter.Results 360 TCM injection prescriptions were collected from our hospital in 2016,including 195 irrational prescriptions (54.17%),which mainly manifested as 72 prescriptions of not wash pipe (36.92%),58 prescriptions of inappropriate usage and dosage (29.74%),25 prescriptions of inappropriate indications (12.82%).Conclusion The TCM injection were commonly used in our hospital and the unreasonable use rate was high.The training and the control should be strengthen,to improve the of reasonable drug use. |
