| 目的 通过品管圈活动提高神经外科术后管道标志规范性,改善护理质量。 方法 开展品管圈活动,找出神经外科术后管道标志缺乏规范性的原因,制定对策,组织品管圈人员进行对策实施。 结果 神经外科术后管道标志规范性由原来的标志使用平均时间只有2.6 d提高到6.2 d。患者对护理工作满意率实施前为66.04%,实施后满意率为84.92%；基础护理合格率实施前68.89%,实施后90.91%,各项指标均差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。 结论 品管圈活动不仅能提高神经外科术后管道规范性,而且提高了护理质量与护理满意度,减少了护理工作量及护理差错的发生。 |

| Objective To improve the standardization of postoperative neurosurgical pipeline marks by quality control circle activities,and to promote the nursing quality. Methods The quality control circle activities were carried out to find out the causes of the lack of normalization in postoperative pipeline marks,formulate countermeasures,and implement them as well. Results The average using time of postoperative pipeline marks increased from only 2.6 days to 6.2 days.The patients′ satisfaction with nursing work increased from 66.04% before implementation of quality control circle to 84.92% after implementation,and the basic nursing qualification rate increased from 68.89% before implementation to 90.91% after implementation.The differences were statistically significant (P=0.00). Conclusions The quality control circle activities can not only improve the standardization of postoperative neurosurgical pipeline marks,but also increase the nursing quality and satisfaction and reduce the workload and errors of nursing. |
