| 目的 分析12例奥卡西平引起皮疹患儿的临床特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 收集新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院儿科2014年1月至2017年1月奥卡西平引起皮疹的患儿资料。对患儿的性别、年龄、临床表现、奥卡西平的用法用量、皮疹出现的时间和严重程度以及转归进行调查分析。结果 共收集到12例皮疹患儿,其中10例为轻度斑丘疹,2例为药物超敏综合征,未收到史蒂文斯—约翰逊综合征、中毒性表皮坏死松解症病例。1例人类白细胞抗原基因药物基因检测结果阳性,11例为阴性。12例皮疹患儿经糖皮质激素等药物治疗后好转出院。结论 针对皮疹患儿的相关临床资料并结合文献,制定奥卡西平在临床使用过程中的药学监护建议,避免严重不良反应的发生。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 12 children with drug eruption induced by oxcarbazepine,and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods We collected the data about children with drug eruption induced by oxcarbazepine treated in Department of Pediatrics,The People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2014 to January 2017.We then investigated and analyzed the gender,age,clinical manifestations,usage and dosage of oxcarbazepine,time and severity of drug eruption,and clinical outcomes of the children.Results Altogether 12 cases of drug eruption induced by oxcarbazepine were collected,including 10 cases of maculopapular eruption (MPE) and 2 cases of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS).There were no cases of Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN).One case was HLA-B*1502 positive,while another 11 cases were HLA*B1502 negative.All 12 children were improved and discharged after treatment with glucocorticoids and other drugs.Conclusion By analysis of the clinical features of drug rash in combination with literature review,the advice of pharmaceutical care should be carried out in the whole course of treatment by oxcarbazepine to avoid serious adverse reactions. |
