| 目的 观察自体脂肪在面部轮廓塑形中的应用效果。 方法 2016年4月至2017年3月安徽维多利亚整形外科医院整形外科行面部脂肪填充塑形的患者48例,分别为额颞部、眶下区、面颊、上睑、鼻唇沟、下颌缘、下颏填充,多为多部位联合填充,行手术前后效果比较。 结果 随访6~12个月,自体脂肪面部填充患者38例经一次填充,效果满意,8例经2次填充,2例经3次填充,效果满意,其中1例行玻尿酸泪沟填充1周后行自体脂肪填充额颞部,出现下睑水肿,经处理后水肿消散,后期效果满意,未出现栓塞、血肿、脂肪液化、感染、硬结等并发症。 结论 选择合适的适应证患者,行自体脂肪填充可重塑面部轮廓形态,效果满意,手术创伤小,恢复快。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of autologous fat using in facial contour shaping. Methods Between Apr.2016 and Mar.2017,there were 48 cases of autologous fat using in facial contour,including frontotemporal region,orbital zygomatic area,anterior cheek,upper eyelid,nasolabial,mandibular margin and jaw,contrast the difference before and after operation. Results All the cases were followed up for six to twelve months.38 cases are satisfied with once operation of lipofilling,8 cases with twice operations,2 cases with thrice operations,one of the 48 cases arised lower eyelid edematous,which maybe related with injected hyaluronic acid in lacrimal sulcus one week before the operation ,all the cases with no embolism,hematoma,fat liquefaction,infection and induration. Conclusion Autologous fat using can get well-pleasing effect in facial contour shaping with small trauma and rapid recovery in suitable patients. |
