| 目的 提高精神专科药学服务水平。 方法 结合武汉大学人民医院精神科药房药学服务具体情况和工作内容,总结、评价武汉大学人民医院开展药学服务的实践办法和体会。 结果 转变药学服务模式、增强药学服务意识、丰富药学服务内容、加强药师技能培训,是提高精神科药学服务质量的重要组成部分。 结论 注重践行对精神病患者的药学服务,能有效的促进精神科药品安全、有效、合理应用,提高患者治疗效果和本院药学服务质量。 |

| Objective To improve the level of pharmaceutical service in psychiatric department.Methods Combined with the specific circumstances and work content of pharmaceutical service in the psychiatric department,the practice and experience of pharmacy service in our hospital were summarized and evaluated.Results The important parts of improving the quality of pharmaceutial care in psychiatric department include changing the mode of pharmaceutial care,enhancing the awareness of pharmaceutial care,enriching the content of pharmaceutial care and strengthening the training of pharmacist.Conclusions Pay attention to practicing pharmaceutical care of the mental patients can effectively promote psychotropic drugs,safety,effective and rational use,and also promote the therapeutic effect on patients and the quality of pharmaceutical care in our hospital. |
