| 目的 棍棒按摩配合中药熏洗治疗足跟痛的临床运用效果观察。方法 将南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院2015年7月至2017年5月收治的足跟痛120 例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。棍棒按摩配合中药熏洗为观察组,而对照组采用局部封闭和针灸治疗。结果 观察组总有效率和治愈率分别为 95.0%和53.3%,对照组分别为86.7%和36.7%,观察组总有效率、治愈率均高于对照组 (χ2=7.852,P<0.05)。分别采用视觉模拟法(VAS)和Maryland足功能评分,两组治疗后与治疗前比较均明显改善 (P<0.01),且观察组治疗后VAS和Maryland评分优于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论棍棒按摩配合中药熏洗治疗足跟痛疗效优于局部封闭和针灸治疗。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Massage sticks method and traditional Chinese medicine steaming wash in treating calcanodynia.Methods 120 patients with calcanodynia were randomly allocated to a observation group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases.The observation group received Massage sticks method and traditional Chinese medicine steaming wash,Local blocking and Acupuncture in the control group.Results The total efficacy rate and the cure rate were 95.0% and 53.3% in the observation group,respectively.86.7% and 36.7% in the control group,respectively.There was statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate,the cure rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (χ2=7.852,P<0.05).There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in comparison of the VAS and Maryland pain and foot function scores in the two groups (P<0.01).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the VAS and Maryland pain and function scores between the observation and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Massage sticks method and traditional Chinese medicine steaming wash is better than that of Local blocking and Acupuncture in treating calcanodynia. |
