| 目的 观察济川煎加减结合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月至2017年3月广西中医药大学第一附属医院确诊为出口梗阻型便秘的病人60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组予济川煎加减联合生物反馈治疗,对照组予单纯生物反馈疗法,经治疗12周后比较各组病人治疗前后便秘症状评分、焦虑自评量表得分及Glazer评估。结果 治疗12周后观察组总有效率(83.3%)大于对照组(70.0%)(P<0.05)；观察组临床证候积分(5.13±1.35)小于对照组(8.42±2.04)(P<0.05)；观察组病人焦虑的评分(35.13±5.53)小于对照组(48.77±5.20)(P<0.05)；在盆底表面肌电情况方面,在改善前基线、快速收缩、后基线方面,观察组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 济川煎联合生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘具有较好的疗效,优于单纯用生物反馈治疗。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jichuan decoction and decoction combined with biofeedback treatment of export obstructive constipation.Methods 60 cases of patients who were diagnosed with obstructive constipation were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Jichuan decoction combined with biofeedback therapy and the treatment group were a simple biofeedback therapy.After 12 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of the constipation,the self-rating scale of anxiety and the evaluation of Glazer were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was Larger than control group (83.3%>70%).The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The clinical symptom score of the observation group was Less than control group (5.13±1.35<8.42±2.04),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Anxiety score of patients in observation group was less than control group (35.13±5.53<48.77±5.20,P<0.05).The pelvic floor surface electromyography,the improvement of the baseline,rapid contraction,posterior baseline than the control group efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Jichuan decoction combined with biofeedback treatment of export obstruction constipation is effective,better than the use of biofeedback therapy. |
