| 目的 研究中药消痤汤联合维A酸对寻常性痤疮病人的疗效及雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法 选取2015年2月至2016年8月徐州仁济医院收治的寻常性痤疮病人84例,按照随机数字表法分成治疗组与对照组各42例。两组均予以维A酸乳膏治疗,对照组在此基础上加用罗红霉素胶囊治疗,治疗组则在此基础上加用中药消痤汤治疗。分别对比两组疗效、治疗组病人治疗前后E2水平以及治疗后3个月复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗组总有效率为88.10%(37/42),高于对照组的69.05%(29/42),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.525,P=0.033)。治疗后治疗组男性病人血清E2水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=5.686,P=0.000),而女性病人血清E2水平与治疗前差异无统计学意义(t=0.651,P=0.520)。两组复发率及不良反应发生率对比均差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.941,P=0.332；χ2=0.156,P=0.693)。结论 中药消痤汤联合维A酸治疗寻常性痤疮的临床效果较佳,且能有效改善男性病人E2水平,安全性较好。 |

| Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine decoction of removing acne combined with tretinoin on efficacy and estradiol (E2) level in patients with acne vulgaris.Methods Eighty-four patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Xuzhou Renji Hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 42 cases in each group according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with tretinoin.The control group was treated with roxithromycin capsules on this basis.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction of removing acne on this baisi.The efficacy,the E2 level before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 88.10% (37/42) in the treatment group,which was higher than 69.05% (29/42) in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.525,P=0.033).After treatment,the serum E2 level of the male patients in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (t=5.686,P=0.000),but the serum E2 level in female patients was not significantly different from that before treatment (t=0.651,P=0.520).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.941,P=0.332；χ2=0.156,P=0.693).Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction of removing acne combined with tretinoin in the treatment of acne vulgaris has better clinical effect,and can effectively improve the E2 level of male patients,and has better safety. |
