      目的 探讨基于工匠精神实施新入职护士岗前培训的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样法抽取南通大学附属海安医院2016年及2017年新入职护士,对照组采用传统培训模式进行培训,观察组基于工匠精神实施新入职护士岗前培训,评价两组干预后理论、操作及临床实际工作能力、干预前后职业认同感及岗前培训满意度。结果 观察组干预后理论、操作及临床实践能力考核得分(75.03±7.953)、(95.03±1.909)、(67.44±3.501)分均高于对照组得分(67.38±7.893)、(91.15±3.332)、(62.18±2.124)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预前两组职业认同感比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的职业认同感得分除组织影响感及自我决定感,其余5个维度得分均高于对照组得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组岗前培训满意度高于对照组(96.87%比85.29%),但差异无统计学意义(Hc=0.290,P=0.590)。结论 基于工匠精神实施新入职护士岗前培训,能提升培训效果,有利于新入职护士快速成长。

      Objective To explore the effect of application of craftsman spirit in the pre-job training for newly employed nurses.Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted in the newly employed nurses in 2016 and 2017.The traditional training method was in the control group,while the spirit of craftsman-based training model was taken in the observation group.The scores of theory,operation and clinical practical ability,the scores of nursing profession identification scale and the satisfaction of pre-job training in the two group were evaluated.Results The scores of theory,operation and clinical practical ability were significant higher in the observation group than in the control group after intervention(75.03±7.953),(95.03±1.909),(67.44±3.501)vs.(67.38±7.893),(91.15±3.332),(62.18±2.124)(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of nursing profession identification scale (P>0.05).Except the organization impact and self-determination,all the other 5 dimensions of nursing profession identification scale were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after intervention (P<0.05).The satisfaction of pre-job training was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant 96.87% vs.85.29%(Hc=0.290,P=0.590).Conclusion The spirit of craftsman-based training model can improve training effectiveness significantly and conduce to the growth of newly employed nursesrapidly.
