| 目的 评估下颌双侧中切牙缺失病人进行上颌单颌拔牙矫治的疗效。方法 选取2012年1月至2017年12月在安徽医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的下颌双侧中切牙缺失的正畸病人30例,其中男11例,女19例,平均年龄26.4岁,均行上颌单颌拔牙,对治疗前后头颅侧位片进行对比分析,评估疗效。结果 30例病人均取得了良好的疗效,磨牙关系接近中性,U1-FH角减小(10.96±11.11)°(t=5.403,P<0.001),U1-L1角增大(8.92±6.93)°(t=7.050,P<0.001),前牙覆覆盖正常。结论 上颌单颌拔牙可有效治疗下颌双侧中切牙缺失的病人,尤其适用于上颌轻中度拥挤或前突的病人。 |

| Objective To assesse the outcome of orthodontic treatment for congenital bilateral lower incisor missing patients with maxillary extraction.Methods Thirty patients with congenital lower incisor missing from January 2012 to December 2017 in Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University,with an average age of 26.4,were included in this study (male 11,female 19).All of them were treated with extracting two premolars on the upper jaw.The cephalometric analysis were performed on pre- and post- orthodontic treatment and data statistically analyzed.Results All of the thirty patients got good result with neutral relationship between the molars and the anterior overjet and overbite were normal.U1-FH angle reduced (10.96±11.11)°(t=5.403,P<0.001),and U1-L1 angle increased (8.92±6.93)°(t=7.050,P<0.001).Conclusion Treatment of congenital bilateral lower incisor missing patients with extractions on maxillary arch can acquire satisfactory results. |
