| 目的 探讨老年髋部骨折病人预防下肢血栓形成的护理措施。方法 选取2015年5月至2017年6月入住河北工程大学附属医院,且髋部骨折的老年病人,共80例作为观察对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,试验组在此基础上实施综合护理措施。观察两组病人术后下肢肿胀与疼痛情况,比较两组病人下肢深静脉血栓发生率。并评估护理满意度。结果 对照组下肢肿胀与疼痛率10例(25.0%),下肢深静脉血栓8例(20.0%),护理满意28例(70.0%)；试验组下肢肿胀与疼痛率3例(7.5%),下肢深静脉血栓2例(5.0%),护理满意37例(92.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术前通过进行健康、心理教育,并给予舒适的生活护理,药物与物理方法相结合进行有效预防,并强调进行适当的运动,对于预防老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓十分有效,病人满意度高。 |

| Objective To investigate the nursing measures of elderly patients of hip fracture with lower limb thrombosis.Methods The 80 patients with hip fracture were selected as the object in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering from May 2015 to June 2017.They were randomly assigned to the control group who given routine care,40 cases in each group.and the experimental group implemented a comprehensive prevention of venous thrombosis care interventions on the basis of routine care according to random number table method.To observed the postoperative lower limb swelling and pain rate,and the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,then evaluate the nursing satisfaction.Results The control group was 10 cases (25.0%) of lower limb swelling and pain,8 cases(20.0%) of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,nursing satisfaction in 28 cases(70.0%);the experimental group lower limb swelling and pain rate of 3 cases (7.5%),2 cases(5.0%),of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity nursing satisfaction in 37 cases(92.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the preoperative health and psychological education,effective life care,through drug and physical prevention,and effective exercise care,to prevent the elderly hip fracture after the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis effect,and can improve patient satisfaction with nursing work. |
