| 目的 探讨集束化护理干预在甲状腺癌病人围手术期舒适护理中的应用价值。方法 将宣城市人民医院胸心外科2016年1月至2018年10月60例行患侧甲状腺全切除术加中央组淋巴结清扫的甲状腺癌病人按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组则在常规护理基础上同时给予集束化护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果 干预组在心理、生理、环境、社会生活的舒适度评分分别为(96.5±7.92)分,(93.5±8.22)分,(96.9±9.23)分和(93.3±7.12)分,高于对照组的(66.5±6.51)分,(71.7±8.12)分,(81.2±8.92)分和(70.3±7.11)分,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预组满意度为96.66%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2 =4.71,P=0.03)。干预组病人生理机能、生理职能、机体疼痛、总体健康、活力状态、社会职能、情感状态、精神健康8个维度评分分别为(79.14±1.26)分,(89.72±2.25)分,(90.55±2.39)分,(87.52±1.15)分,(97.66±3.86)分,(96.22±2.02)分,(95.61±2.89)分和(98.69±3.02)分,高于对照组的(57.18±2.21)分,(55.49±3.12)分,(56.42±3.36)分,(50.22±2.18)分,(51.11±2.02)分,(53.76±3.15)分,(54.12±2.54)分和(57.78±2.31)分,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 集束化护理干预在甲状腺癌病人围手术期护理中的作用显著,能够提高病人的舒适度、护理满意度以及生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the value of cluster nursing intervention in perioperative comfort nursing of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods From January 2016 to October 2018,0 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent total thyroidectomy plus lymph node dissection in Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery,Xuancheng People's Hospital,were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Routine care was given to the control group,and cluster nursing intervention was given to the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing care.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of psychology,physiology,environment and comfort of social life of the intervention group were (96.5±7.9),(93.5±8.2),(96.9±9.23) and (93.3±7.12),respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,which were (66.5±6.51),(71.7±8.12),(81.2±8.9) and (70.3±7.11),respectively.The differences had statistical significance (all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 96.66%,higher than 73.33% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2 =4.71,P=0.03).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality state,social function,emotional state and mental health in the intervention group were (79.14±1.26),(89.72±2.25),(90.55±2.39),(87.52±1.15),(97.66±3.86),(96.22±2.02),(95.61±2.8) and (98.69±3.02),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,which were (57.18±2.21),(55.49±3.12),(56.42±3.36),(50.22±2.18),(51.11±2.02),(53.76±3.1),(54.12±2.54) and (57.78±2.31),respectively.All the Pvalues were less than 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention plays an important role in perioperative nursing of thyroid patients and can improve patients' comfort level,nursing satisfaction and life quality. |
