      目的 探讨知信行健康教育模式在接受全子宫切除病人中应用的临床价值。方法 选取2015年1月至2017年5月在马鞍山十七冶医院行经腹全子宫切除术的子宫肌瘤病人60例,按收治时间分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规围手术期健康教育方法,试验组采用知信行护理干预模式。比较两组病人术前术后的焦虑状态,健康知识的知晓得分以及对护理工作的满意度。结果 试验组术后焦虑(40.83±4.08)分明显低于对照组(49.40±3.28)分,健康知识知晓(95.73±2.56)分明显高于对照组(90.27±4.51)分,护理满意度(97.50±1.81)分明显高于对照组(93.27±3.13)分,均差异有统计学意义(分别为t=8.967,5.767,6.408,均P<0.001)。结论 知信行健康教育模式应用于全子宫切除病人围手术期可缓解病人焦虑情绪,提高病人健康知识的知晓度,促进病人术后康复,提高病人的护理满意度。

      Objective To explore the clinical value of knowledge,belief and practice health education model in patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods From January 2015 to May 2017,0 patients with hysteromyoma underwent total abdominal hysterectomy in Ma'anshan Seventeen Metallurgical Hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative health education,while the experimental group was given knowledge,belief and practice nursing intervention.The anxiety state before and after operation,the awareness rate of health knowledge and the satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative anxiety (40.83±4.08) points in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (49.40±3.28) points,health knowledge (95.73±2.56) points was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.27±4.51) points,nursing satisfaction (97.50±1.81) points was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.27±3.13) points.There was statistical significance (t=8.967,5.767,6.408,all P< 0.05).Conclusion The application of knowledge,belief and practice health education model in the perioperative period of patients with total hysterectomy can alleviate the anxiety of patients,improve the awareness rate of patients'health knowledge,promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation,and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing care.
