      目的 探讨胰腺癌组织转录中介因子1(TIF1β)及趋化因子受体-4(CXCR4)的表达特点,为疾病早期预测和早期干预提供临床依据。方法 选取2012年1月至2017年5月三亚市人民医院确诊为胰腺癌病人的胰腺癌标本(病灶组)100例和癌旁组织标本(癌旁组)80例。免疫组化法检测病灶组和癌旁组标本中的TIF1β、CXCR4蛋白表达情况,分析TIF1β、CXCR4蛋白与病人临床病理学特征的关系;使用Kaplan-Meier法分析目标蛋白的表达与临床预后的关系。结果 病灶组和癌旁组的TIF1β蛋白表达阳性率分别为78.00%、12.50%(χ2=76.309,P<0.001),CXCR4蛋白阳性率分别为82.00%、13.75%(χ2=82.902,P<0.01),TIF1β、CXCR4蛋白在病灶组标本中的表达明显高于癌旁组,TIF1β、CXCR4蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移、T分期有密切关系(P<0.05),与病人的年龄、性别、分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05);胰腺癌组织中CXCR4与TIF1β的表达呈正相关;Cox风险比例回归模型分析结果表示:CXCR4、T分期、淋巴结转移是影响胰腺癌预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 TIF1β、CXCR4蛋白在胰腺癌组织中高表达,并且与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切。

      Objective To investigate the relationship between intermediate transcription factor 1 (TIF1 beta),chemokine receptor-4 (CXCR4) protein level and pancreatic cancer,and provide a clinical basis for early prediction and intervention.Methods A total of 100 cases of pancreatic cancer and 80 cases of paracancerous tissue (paracancerous tissue) were collected from patients with pancreatic cancer from January 2012 to May 2017.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TIF1 β-CXCR4 protein and its relationship with clinicopathological features.The relationship between the expression of target protein and clinical prognosis was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method.Results The expression of TIF1 β and CXCR4 protein in the lesion group was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous group(TIF1β:78.00% vs.12.50%,χ2=76.309,P<0.001,CXCR4:82.00% vs.13.75%,χ2=82.902,P<0.01).The expression of TIF1 beta and CXCR4 protein was closely related to lymph node metastasis and T staging (P<0.05),and had no significant relationship with age,sex,and degree of differentiation (P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between CXCR4 and TIF1 beta expression in pancreatic cancer tissues.Cox risk proportional regression model analysis showed that CXCR4,T stage,and lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors for the prognosis of pancreatic cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion TIF1 β -CXCR4 protein is highly expressed in pancreatic carcinoma and is closely related to tumor development.
