| 目的探讨腹部注射定位轮换图在低分子肝素皮下注射部位规律轮换中的应用效果。方法将 2016年 9月至 2017年 3月皖南医学院弋矶山医院 52例需要低分子肝素皮下注射病人按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组按照自行设计的腹部注射定位轮换图轮换注射部位。对照组随机轮换注射部位。观察两组腹部注射部位皮下出血情况。结果观察组注射部位皮下出血发生率( 4.1%)低于对照组( 14.0%)差异有统计学意义( χ2＝17.664，P＜0.001)。观察组皮下出血面积＜ 1.0 cm2(50.0%)1.0~1.9 cm2(33.4%)2.0~3.9 cm2(8.3(8.3%)＞6 cm2，36.6%、%)，4.0~5.9 cm2，(0.0%)对照组分别为 34.1%、 19.5%、 7.3%、 者差异无统计义( Z＝1.045，P＝096)。结论使用腹部注射定位轮换图可使低分子肝素注射的部位轮换2.5%，两，学意，.2，规律、合理，有效降低皮下出血的发生率，减轻病人痛苦，提高工作效率。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal injection mapping on the regular rotation of subcutaneous injectionsites of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH).Methods Totally 52 patients treated with hypodermic injection of LMWH in Wan?nan Medical College Yijishan Hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were randomly assigned into two groups:the observa? tion group and the control group.The observation group adopted the self?designed localization rotation diagram for determining therotated injection sites while the control group determined the rotated injection sites at random.The subcutaneous hemorrhage at ab?dominal injection sites was observed in two groups.Results The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage at injection sites of the ob? servation group(4.1%)was lower than that of the control group(14.0%)with statistically significant difference(χ2＝17.664，P＜ 0.001).There were no significant differences in the areas of subcutaneous hemorrhage between the two groups(Z＝1.045，P＝ 0.296)which in the observation group was＜1.0 cm2(50.0%)1.0?1.9 cm2(33.4%)2.0?3.9 cm2(8.3%)4.0?5.9 cm2，(8.3%)＞6 cm.0%)and were＜1.0 cm2(34.1%)1.0?1.9 cm2(36.6(19.54.0?5.9 cm2＞6 cm2(2.5%)in(20，%)，%)，%)，， 2.0?3.9 cm2(7.3，the control group.Conclusion Localizationrotat，iondiagramofabdomi，nalinjectioncanachi，eve regular and rational rotation sites of LMWH injection，which can reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage effectively，alleviate the pain of patients and im? prove the working efficiency. |
